This project was Vital Building's first Subdivision, and was a tremendous success. We broke ground in Sept. of '99' just as my second son Cameron was being born. All four homes were completed in a record 6 months. At the height of the dot com boom, all 4 houses were pre-sold and occupied immediately following Final Inspections. This was just as Digital Cameras were starting to be used, so I only have a few Pix of the completed product, and even fewer while under construction.

All 4 Homes had many of the high-end features you will find in our homes, such as Granite Countertops, Slate floors in Baths, and Hardwood in the living areas. All homes also had GG Bridge, and SF view, even with its relatively low elevation. Homes were approx. 2000 sq.ft. and started at only $419,000 in Y2K.
